Totally in the tai tai mood these few days. haha! and when school starts im going to have a tough time getting used to sitting in for lectures which stretches over 3 hrs straight. just thinking of it totally spoils ALL my mood.

anyway, went out for lunch with des today. sze's supposed to come too but she realised she had to do her registration for smu at the admin building so she couldn't join us.yea. we met up at city hall and went to shokudo to eat. ordered the omu rice with grilled chicken spicy steamboat hotpot, grilled salmon with salt. shared the dishes. not bad la.. that was my second time there. my mum brought me there the other day and i felt it was not bad so i decided to bring quek there also, since we have nothing to do. haha! this is the tai tai lifestyle. we have nothing to do so we end up eating AGAIN. or just chilling arnd at any place which has seats. haha!

after that, des went with me to a second hand bookshop to look for my brother's uni textbooks. aust sells the book at over au$111. so it's much much cheaper to get it here in sunny singapore. who sells books at those crazy sky high prices la. well, couldn't find it there so we went to popular.and they also don't have it. the guy got me the book but a different edition and still ask me if it's correct. -.- obviously not la. haiz.. so we went to borders, and they also don't have it. wah i tell you the books are like some rare extinct species la. everywhere also don't have. but we walked arnd borders, and we came across the singapore quizes book. i flipped through it and stumbled on this question, what is the name of the sticky rice served with satay? lol! i was so anxious and said KUTOO! haha! but i realised it was wrong and asked des. and she said PUTOO! LOL! right andwerealised it was also wrong and thought for a while and finally we said KETUPAT!~ together so loudly. total paiseh-ness. then we grabbed to book,looked for a seat and started going through the qns till i grew a little hungry AGAIN. haha!

so we went over to taka basement to chill and have some food AGAIN. haha! we're always eating. lol. alright, when i got home, i went online to check out if anyone's selling. and i found one each at ebay. hahaha! wonderful! but have to bid for one of them cos there's only one book and a total of 3 people wants it. lol! so the price went from on original of au$47 to au$57 and me and my brother got it. hahaha! the dispicable work of the two siblings. hahaha! we waited till the last few secs then we bidded again and the other 2 person didn't have the time to bid anymore so we won. hahaha! oh well, so now i don't have to run arndsunny singapore to hunt for the two books. alright, so that's about it today.

and i don't want to start school so soon now.. getting the sian-ness already.
