The Adventures of Wu Zhou Zhou, Bak Zham Qai and Mao Mao.Day 5, 10th July 2008 Thursday.It's so shaky i can't make out the time.. but if im not wrong, we woke up at arnd 0900? haha! anything la.. anyway, we washed up, did some last min packing for checking out then took a last picture of ourselves in the room.
After we did our check out stuffs, we left our luaggages in the lobby and went out for our last shopping in HK. But first stop is breakfast at a nearby cha chan teng round the corner. we tried the mi xian which we saw many locals eating and so we had to try it.well, i don't really like it cos it's sour.and i don't like sour stuffs. but the noodles itself was nice. then we ordered porkchop and sandwiches also. the porkchop was cooked to perfection la. super nice. the sandwich was also really good. oh yes, while we were deciding which cha chan teng to eat at, we were walking arnd and since it was drizzling and des and me were sharing an umbrella AGAIN. well, something super hilarious happened. we were walking pass a road junction were there were traffic lights and stuffs, and there were many people waiting at the junction.so in order to pass them we had to squeeze our way through.i held the umbrella this time to protect myself from those horrible mean aunties who like to pour rainwater on me. While squeezing through, one horrigible aunty pushed my umbrella. so i fought back.so we push there push here and i ACCIDENTALLY poked this businessman standing at the side, trying to take cover at the small useless shelter at the side. i poke him above the eyebrow not only once but twice. and twice he gave the same sound of pain.*poke*"AH!~" *poke*"AH!~" and he started to massage his eyebrows while frowning.well, i looked back, started laughing while saying sorry. i couldn't help laughing! his reactions and actions were super funny. and he just dumbly stood there and let me poke. don't even know how to dodge the second attack from me. not my fault la..it's the HORRIGIBLE aunty. i felt super guilty after that but we comforted ourselves that we won't ever see him again cos we're leaving hk soon. yeah right..
By arnd five mins after 1100, we finished eating and headed down to our shopping destination, SHA TIN, as told by my uncle, it's a MEGA shopping centre.MANY MANY shopping centres joined together, raining also nvm.haha! so we walked to the tst east line and took the huo che(fire car).hahaha! direct translation, don't mind me. my uncle said it's faster to get there in like arnd 15 mins than taking the mtr way. we were quite fascinated by that weird looking escalator at the mall and started playing on it.lol. childish people.
While waiting for des to try on her jeans in esprit we decided to take a photo.but somehow i don't know how come her face like that.hahaha!

we found snoopy's world by chance. we actually wanted to come here but we decided not to cos it was far but we ended up there in the end. =D
They actually have Quiet cars in their trains. but it wasn't quiet at all.
Pardon my ah soh friend again. she's in her own ah soh world. we headed back down to tst den ntr-ed down to jordan to do somemore street shopping cos we still had time.
Reached tst at 1410.
In the train on the way to Jordan. and here comes the exciting part. hahaha! just as we were thinking we won't see that man again, we saw him in the same train carraige as us. hahaha! and if you look carefully, i think he regconises me la! he was actually looking in my direction and after that i think he purposely station himself in front of me. so we decided to sneakily take a side profile photo of him.hahaha! we were trying so hard to supress our laughter. There he is, the man whom i poked twice with the umbrella. hahaha! what a kuku man. lol!
After walking arnd Jordan, we went back to walk arnd our hotel area cos we won't want to be late for our airport transfer at 1645. so we decided to have Mcdonald's which was near our hotel for lunch. our last meal in HK.Queuing up to buy our food. first you see one of des's eye. then you see her face. hahaha! des got the grilled chicken burger, sze got the mc wings and i got the kungfu panda meal of MEGA mcpepper. it's really mega i tell you.the burger consists of 4 layers of beef patty and three pieces of bread in total. HUGE. i was like stuffing myself crazy. Look at des, she must be saying,"TSK TSK.." in her heart cos there' a young couple getting all smoochy while playing psp at the next table.
when we came out from Mc's, we saw a HK Fire Engine! hahaha! so sorry it's in pieces..it was quite big la.
We bought egg tarts to fly back to Singapore with us from here.
We headed back to the hotel lobby to wait for that Jason who was supposed to pick us up to the airport, so while waiting, we decided to pack our last min shopping loots into our luaggages. haha! yea.. at the hotel lobby. =)
And soon we were on our way to the airport. sze is a wu zhou zhou. look at what she's doing to me. we saw a aunty slicing the fishcake and she sneaked a piece into her mouth!! kop-ist aunty. and we passed temple street again. we were trying to get the attention of that taxi driver that was behind our bus but he ignored us.so sad. but we saw some weird looking housing blocks on the way. and after this the other two was in a deep sleep.ididn'tknow at first and wanted to talk and when i turned to them, with my mouth open and sound about to come out, realised that their mouths were also open but sleeping. -.- what pigs la.
Soon we were at the airport checked in at Row C. look at our beloved luggage transporter.=) our egg tarts are resting well on our luaggages.=) well..starting from the heaviest luggage is me then des then sze. haha! i have no idea why also. after checking in, we went down to the disneyland shop to get some souveniors while waiting for my uncle to come.Apparently, they forgot to pass me stuffs to bring back to singapore for them. yeah, so he's coming to see us off at the same time also.lol. he pass me some dried foodstuffs like dried monkey mushrooms and lemon. lol. then when we went to the customs, we realised we forgot to empty our waterbottles and i had like a full bottle.hahaha! what crap. so we had to gobble down all the water while we were queuing for the customs. i bet my uncle was like laughing la. hahaha! but we realised that some poeple were doing that too cos we didn't know that they do screening first then the customs, we went in earlier cos i had a bad experience the other time. almost missed my plane the other time cos we didn't know the gate was so far. yea..and we still had to take skytrain,many escalators and travelators before we got to the gate. hahaha! i really don't get it. cathay is like their home airline, yet they place their gates so far away from the main building. oh yes, when it's my turn to go through the screening, the officer was like curious in what im holding cos i was holding the egg tarts.haha! and he peered in but before he could open it i said,"it's egg tarts" in canto. so he just let it pass. phew, i thought they won't allow it to go through.we wanted to bring it back for our parents to eat also you know, hahaha!
After so long we finally reached our gate 67. hahaha! and i we took a photo of a plane that wasn't even ours cos ours was the other side. camwhored a little and i don'tknow what's wrong with des's eyebrows. and i don't wanna go back to singapore.roar! HK is so fun! minus all the walking.haha!
