yo people! got my 'A's results. it was lousy but the important issue on hand now is the application to uni. it's so hard to decide on what course to take i tell you.partly because my fav marine biology is not available in singapore and going overseas is not an option for me and also im not interested in business, so all that's left are engineering courses, sciences, arts and social sciences. ROAR! my second choice psychology is SUPER popular and competitive so i guess if i dun get my other choices that im okae with then i will go take up psychology in SIM. i don't want to end up doing something i don't have any interest in for 3-4 years and waste my time. I'd rather go SIM to do something i like. okae..and the admissions for all three Us need essays. and it was so tiring trying to rush out essays while working. Totally no time except weekends la. and to add on the problems are the external auditors. ROAR. they are so.. okae. can't say much. but it's really stressful trying to account and meet the deadlines for all those stuffs. the three of us temp staff are totally dying and drowning in papers. our cubical is flooded i tell you..no space to move as much as before, you don't even feel like going in. haha! okae. but overall it's fun la. cos we're always having a good time laughing and playing while doing our stuff and our colleagues are good to fight and play with and most importantly our boss goes crazy with us. really! she's mad..partly due to too much stress. haha! but she's super nice and funny. haha!=) and our cubical is stocked up with lots of food.haha! can have picnic la.heh! our whiteboard is filled with retarded drawings, and drawings put up all over the cubical including one in our boss's room. we drew one for her to remember us when she sees it and reduce her stress. I should be staying till around May cos my boss's boss want to extend our stay.at first he said till June but i said May only, cos i want to enjoy myself first before going uni. this is the following conversation i had with him..
Boss's boss: stay till June la! why don't stay?? Me: HuH..but i want to play! it's my only chance of a super long holiday leh.. Boss's boss: play what.. work better ma, can earn money! Me: (thought) *the pay also not very high..* -_-" Boss's boss: what you want to play..?? Me: er..go orchard road and play la! Boss's boss: *Laugh till face red.* Me: ... Boss's boss: you see ah.. *goes on with his views on life...* Me: ...
yea..okae. basically life's good. learning lot's of things at work, like politics and other stuffs relating to finance and having a whale of a time at work. stupid and retarded stuffs keep happening almost everyday. and we we're like telling our boss that we think we're the most noisy and troublesome group of temp staff she's ever gotten so far.haha! and she was like agreeing so readily. RAH! BUT i can safely say that we added more life into that stressful working place okae.=)
